About Eric Niu
I am a Markham-based Realtor® serving home buyers and sellers across the GTA, with York Region as my primary market. I also help with retail, industrial, and office leasing and purchases.
I have lived in the Toronto area for over 25 years, and I have spent my career learning how this market actually behaves — not how it looks in a headline. That means strategic pricing, marketing that reaches the right buyers, and transaction management that keeps deals from falling apart over avoidable problems.
I studied Business Administration at Ryerson University's School of Business (now Toronto Metropolitan University), graduating with honours and specializing in Entrepreneurship. That background shapes how I work: I treat your purchase or sale as an asset decision, with the numbers on the table.
What I ask of you is simple — tell me what you actually want, including the parts you think are unrealistic. My job is to tell you honestly what is achievable, then go get it. If a property is wrong for you, I will say so, even when it costs me a commission.
